“As a new publicly traded company since the reverse merger with Force Protection Video Equipment Corp (FPVD), it’s important that we develop relationships with current and potential investors from the start”

That sentence is telling. They said current investors. They have done nothing to help existing investors since Lou’s “Why Im joining BigToken” post.

2 weeks ago the stock price was close to .02 leading up to the shareholder call where they wanted to announce recent accomplishments which was code for “we want to remind y’all that there will be a reverse split”. You could buy 3 shares today for what you could leading up to the call about their “accomplishments”.

This is either going to be very very good for us all or very very bad and they will get sued. Its already bad but Im talking a 1000/1 or 5000/1 reverse split and the stock is under a penny again soon after the reverse split. Miglino said that existing shareholders and debt holders would make up 11% of the ownership on a call in November about the reverse merger.

I still in my heart believe this is going to be very very good for us bc I cant see them adding 157.3B shares to the 840M OS and then doing a RS and then raising capital again. I mean doing all that would absolutely murder existing shareholders.

So I gotta think they plan to tokenize the majority of the 158B shares.

Regardless....Miglino has managed this horribly, They should have bought up most of the OS before FPVD began to get current. The profit on those shares alone would have removed the need for red diamond financing.

My only worry is it still comes across like existing share price for investor sentiment means nothing. Majority of the time they dont even include $FPVD in their tweets or PR’s. That is my only worry.

Miglino’s name and rep will always be awful imo
