It's always shell-game P&D tactics, nothing more...

Well, they announced they were paying....

PURA shares at a 1:1 rate in exchange for a "Research Facility" (LOL!) in SW Texas. Where I come from if you tell people you are going to do something you have pretty much committed to doing it. Still it's DiPrima, so I guess stiffing PURA isn't out of the question, and there were no SEC filings about this transaction that I am aware of.
