Anybody else like me that thinks the lawsuit isn’t a big deal at all? We’re not being sued. We’re the prosecution. Whatever was lost with sky force is already lost and, other than court costs, we don’t lose anything if for some reason we don’t end up winning. Would be nice to get that $1m + for obvious reasons but the whole case for me is a non issue other than holding those accountable that we have contracts and do business with. I read quite a few concerns like this case is a make or break for IGEN and my opinion is that’s the furthest thing from the truth. I’m no legal expert so if I’m missing something or have an erroneous perspective, feel free to educate me. Perspective/opinions?
