You have been speaking with AJ for a year and not one thing positive for the company has occurred. Just write offs, new hires and terminations, and change of business plans. All of which AJ has not mentioned to you and you found out after the fact. So I'm not sure what you are talking to him about?

Why don't you ask him why he thinks he deserved a $100,000 performance bonus for helping to run the existing company into the ground? At this point he is doing whatever he can to stay with company, keep collecting a paycheck , and hoping to be able to have enough of a liquid market to one day be able to sell his shares into.

AJ is the Chief Strategic Officer. Why do all his strategies fail? Win or fail, he collects paychecks, performance bonuses , and stock options. Must be nice!

What does Laryy know about this company? He is a media guy. Unless they change to a new age media company, I figure he is just a figure head at this point.
