Hah that lid was no joke. I finally managed to pry it off.

A couple of notes for people who are curious...

Very nicely packaged as I said before.
I would say the cost was on par with other creams I’ve purchased. The tub is bigger.
The cream is sort of off white and very thick. More like a paste.
There is very little smell maybe slightly medicine like. That could also be my nose.

The experience:

First despite being so thick it rubs in surprisingly fast.

I ended up using it twice last night. Interestingly I have very mild neuropathy in my hands too and that’s where I felt the strongest and fastest effects. Even though that was a “secondary target” as I primarily put it on my feet and neck/upper traps. Meaning I just rubbed in a bit of residual stuff after the other body parts so as not to waste it. Hands felt gently and pleasantly warm within a few minutes of use. Neuropathic sx there went to basically nothing BUT I repeat my case is mild in the hands. The warming effect lasted an hour or so. My hands didn’t bother me for the rest of the evening.

For the feet I waited about an hour and applied a second M&m sized amount just to the toes. I would say the pain went from maybe a 5/10 to a 2 or 3. That effect lasted for around 6-7 hours; I woke up for my nightly business at some point and noticed the pain was starting to come back. Still that’s pretty impressive for a first use.

I’ve applied it again this morning to my feet, wondering if this has a loading response. Pharmacology is in the distant past for me but some day it would be nice to see pharmacokinetics/dynamics on this kind of product.
