Please. The SEC moves at a snail's pace, it's government after all. The suspension happened quickly because the trustee told the SEC about it, the revocation is inevitable, just a matter of time.

The folks who authored the fake 8K's are not affiliated with the company the stock is legally tied to. They created a company in another state with the same name to run the scam. The real company is bankrupt, in Chapter 7 liquidation and shut down.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
