DBOT - your logic makes sense. May I remind you of 1 wild card and 1 read out soon:

1. We just submitted recently to an important aspect to Canada IO. Though not as media'ed like the India crisis, Canada is far from out of the woods.

2. NP/Gaylis mentioned they may interim read-out the LH. Not for nothing but judging by the testimonials of current, the LH market surpasses the Severe/Critical population by X times.

May - July IMHO we will see something. Of course all My opinion.

*edit - while there is some percentage that rides on the Philippines, it is DEFINITELY not the be all end all for CYDY. One would have to be myopic to think that.
