Caught that also, pg 31;
"Going forward, Premier would increase its
holdings in GNCC subject to its price per share and only upon “non cash” transactions. We have no interest
in acquiring GNCC; nor raising our stake in excess of 49.9% of their outstanding Common Stock. "

Also noted;
"GNCC is now in a position to raise cash and Premier does not see any need to advance funds to GNCC"

"We are very bullish on the prices of both Gold and Silver and definitely upon the future of GNCC."
