1/3 Looks like $WRIT management is opposing my custodianship application. This is not a bad thing because if my petition is denied, then the court will likely order current management to bring the company current anyway & that's good for the shareholders.

1/3 Looks like $WRIT management is opposing my custodianship application. This is not a bad thing because if my petition is denied, then the court will likely order current management to bring the company current anyway & that's good for the shareholders.

2/3 However, current management has already proven to be inept. I have instructed counsel to bring a second, derivative action on behalf of the $WRIT shareholders for Breach of Fiduciary for the acts of 1) allowing the company to become delinquent in financials;

3/3 2) illegal sale of stock by Mitchell; opposing a credentialed applicant's attempts to bring value to the $WRIT shareholders; and, 4) operating in such a way that a judgment for fraud and negligent misrepresentation has been entered against the company.
