My thought about this interview:
After carefully listening to the 2 hour interview is I think the bottom line is that Karney is definitely counting on Government Grants to make this company successful. He has been preaching produce safety for a long long time. For at least a decade or so. Karney and PDSC will make it as an independant entity contracted by the government under government and beaurocratic rule.
Now, we are at the very beginning of anything that may be unfolding in the realm of governmental control re food safety in the future. All bullsht asside re this stock - I believe we are at a realistic level at 0.0002. Lets say OS will remain at this level. Karney is slowly getting noticed by the media as in this interview. People start listening. Next is that TV production. Means nothing yet - but public awareness is slowly building up through these publicised media releases.
Produce safety concerns will have to stay on the media's list consistently and for a very long time. The constant talk and constant concerns have to be so ingrounded into the public's mind until it becomes a collective fight.
We have witnessed in history how long this may take. Starting with "smoking." Dean Martin, Jerry Lewis, World War II movie stars, - all smoked on film, on stage, and in public. How long did it take to get the public aware of smoking is bad and actually having a glimps of success reducing the smoking of cigarretes? I think it took from the 50's to the 80's until we finally saw full blown out add campaigns by the government on public TV.
The awareness of AIDS. I remember hearing about that when Michael Jackson sand Thriller in the early 80's. It was not until the 90's until full blown government sponsored commercials hit the media urging against unprotected sex.
Now, Karney may be the frontier in his field. I have no doubt about that. What I don't believe is that he has "TIME" on his favor. The 2 hour show could have been done in 30min with a young enthusiastic CEO breaking it down. For god sake he is already 65. Lots of people may think in Washington that Karney will go away soon meeting with the Lord. It will take years until another Karney will surface. That E-Foodsafety and Ozone blah, blah companies are there, but they are not out there like Karney lobbying around the globe. Karney raises his voice and awareness!! But he is dying literally.
I conclude that we have what we deserve realistically - a stock worth 0.0002. That is an awesome thing if you look at it. In one year, and after some further developments and puplic awareness, we should be worth 0.001. And after a few years more down the road and with no bullsht manipulation/dilluting/mm's/naked shorts etc. we should be seeing a more and more consistent climb upwards in pps. There may be more and more food safety scares, or there might not be. Life and food is back as normal. Always depends on what "the media" wants to focus on. They are the ones with the power!!
In any case, Karney is old, slow and tired. Makes me wonder what happens if he is in the hospital one of these days with some serious heart attack? Who is PDSC?
