ZORAX...What an incredible day I had. I hope your day was safe and eventful...We are a SHELL...it is legal to be a SHELL in the United States, Sir(s). There is vague language at the SEC defining a SHELL. We are GRANDFATHERED in...just look at our SB-2 FILINGS from the 1st wave of CRIME. I was so rushed, I had my head spinning out of CONTROL, and I decided in DECEMBER 2020 to spend more time with Whitney. PLEASE...my intentions with Whitney are to spend 100% more time with her, my #1 priority is Whitney today.

I will continue to report $0.00 in revenue, and it will be 100% legal, while I keep trying....find my LAWYER...the one I found did not fit into my strategy. Do not worry, when I approach DISTRICT COURT AGAIN with JUDGE CRAIG BUNCE...I will be much more better prepared. I am not good a ENGLISH written...I moved much when I was a Child. I am sorry to my Shareholders. Please accept my sincere apology to EVERYONE! I'm trying and I will GO FOR IT! Just keep believing in me.

1. FILE THE SEC FORM 10
2. In 60 days....whether they declare it effective or not, will PER LAW become declared effective on it's own. Now, if the SEC is not happy with our FORM 10...DEAD END.

I believe the SEC will clear ACCR...why? Because I have never betrayed them.

Once we have a GOOD FORM 10, continued $0.00 REVENUE SHELL OPERATION. This is OK...I can find a GOOD CLEAN merger going into 2022.

No worries with my PLAN to go PINK CURRENT INFORMATION. This was my original plan, presented in TRUST to STEVE MILLS back in December 2020 when I met him, from a REFERRAL.
