Ask yourself this:
If you owned a manufacturing plant that made Covid test and you know it works, would you build the product and stock it in anticipation of being able to sell them one way or another or would you not?
What is the capacity of the manufacturing plant on a daily basis?
There are a lot of unanswered questions here. One just needs to spend a couple of minutes to ponder things like does KB have another plant that he is working with? Can the plant ship direct to India or Germany or Russia? Does the product have to come to the US first. What about duty? What about warehouse storage for all the kits for the US?
Oops sorry Gag order. Hah, seems the gag order is working against transparency. Oh well, we shall see.
