Once documented, will Etrade allow buys?
Right now only allows sales.

They are a major broker so I am sure they will allow customers to buy... They wouldn't have a reason not to...
The bigger question is, when will eTrade clear it to trade? I would bet it wont be on the first day of the CE removal. That kind of stuff usually takes a number of sign offs and eTrade probably won't take action until it's official... But, lets "pray"
