the cost to open a mine is beyond their financial ability. They would have to borrow to much. They have sufficent cash to do the exploratory work, define the targets and establish a FMV for the holdings.

By spinnimg off the Graphite it keeps the package clean Not sure wht they are doing with the HVAC. I would expect that to be spun off alos. It is a low cost start up operation Making filters. Needs to establish a marketing force for those. Not sure it is actually leasable as the virus is so fine any very
tight filter could starve the system. It just seems like something they thought the could do on the sour of the moment.

I am very curous as to what the value of the DIV will end up being and why the hold up on distribution.Its a spin off div of an existing formed corp.
