Stock is down 18 percent means demand is lower than supply. There’s 200k on the offer if this story is intact someone in the know would be slamming that in one large chunk. Trading behavior that looks like this is not what you see with an imminent bust out on a material event - too many people would know and you’d see this ricochet off mid 20s. Something seems off on the story or this is the most well orchestrated shakeout I’ve ever seen.
