The patents did not change, the claims did not change, the parties did not change, the only changes were that the, PTAB said yes judge your right, we have ALL the prior filings, we have ALL the prior art, we have ALL the examiners, We have a panel that reviews crap claims and patents.. AND WE FOUND THESE 6 PROPER AND ENFORCEABLE

In light of the judge citing the PTAB findings as a big part of the reason she dismissed everything, your statement is part of why I think her ruling is absurd. Fine if you want to toss out everything but the 6 and use the PTAB to support your findings. But to then ignore the PTAB findings on the remaining 6 is a real head scratcher. Her reasoning seemed flimsy to support her decision. It is made worse by the fact that the law requires her to evaluate in the best possible way for Worlds when considering the 101 motion.
