When we had our last reverse split we were told money raised would be used for acquisitions and a stock up-listing. Total lies. We never got either. So where did all that money go? And since then we are seeing dilution week after week and nothing to show for it and on top of it the company has to come up with $25K each month which it doesn't have so that means more dilution and yet another RS.

If someone tries to convince you to buy a stock they usually have a personal agenda to do so. Not because they are concerned about you making money but about convincing you to buy so they can make money. Same is true for those yelling sell.
