I was in this stock years ago and lost a ton. They were doing the same as IMPERIA. They spun off Club House Videos and and each share holder was to receive shares based on how many Raven Moon they owned. We never saw them in our accounts, a little like Imperia and the MUME shares. After about a year they did a reverse merger and we were supposed to get shares of Raven Moon based on how many shares of Club House Video we held. Once again I never saw mine.
Also remember, This company keeps reverse splitting to pay to have their shows made. They are giving these shows away to TV stations for NO charge for the last couple years.
The company they use to make the shows(which escapes me at this time) is affiliated with them.
Joey and company own at least 4 different businesses(at least when I was in) and they all are intertwined in this scam.
Also check out their saleries, car rentals, ect.ect.ect.
When I was in their daughter(the star of their shows) was not even an employee, but a contracted worker and they were paying for her car rental each month.
Also note that their Joey and his wifes contract with Raven Moon states that if someone tries to buy the company they can cancel their contract for the show and leave the company with nothing. They also have such high saleries for a company that has yet to sell ONE single show. You can do what you want but BEWARE.
I researched IMPERIA and decided not to get involved as I posted when you were still there. This company makes IMPERIA look like a fortune 500 company.
Good luck to anyone that buys into this company. You will be throwing your money away just like I did.
I know your going to say I am a digruntled former Shareholder which is correct. I just hate to see anyone get into this stock. All they do is issue shares, reverse split and reissue shares until they run out amd they then start the cycle all over.
I used to argue with people on Raging Bull about this when I first got in. I was warned and said the same things as I'm reading here. They have a chance, maybe they will sell the show and the stock will go up. Well I have been watching this stock since I got out HOPING things would change and I could get back in and recoup some of my money. GUESS WHAT??? They have reversed spit about 4 time since I left. Same old thing.
Go back and check their SEC reports. I have not in a while, but look at the saleries of JOEY, BERNADETTE (his wife) and their daughter Gina. Also check out how much they get on any royalties. Check out how much Raven Moon pay for their car rentals.
Also check to see what happens in teh case of a hostile takeover. You will be vary shocked.
One other thing, Try contacting them. They never returm calls, faxes, or e-mails. At least IMPERIA answered YOUR questions.
