Name change, reverse split timing......

Good to have you. I think your analysis is fair. What do you think about the most recent presser and the fact that the R/S and name change haven’t occurred yet?

The name change and split appear to have been completed on the Nevada state side of things on April 20/21. I don't bother to purchase Secretary of State filings so I am assuming the split was contained in the NRS 78.209 filing.

According to the April 13 DEF 14C filing the earliest the RS could happen was today (May 3, the mandatory 20-day waiting period). I'm not expecting the company will have any significant difficulty in getting the name/split approval from FINRA, so I would think it should occur reasonably soon. Probably this week or next week.

If by "presser" you are referring to the most recent SEC filing (Q3 10-Q), I like what I see in it. I was waiting for that quarterly filing before I purchased any shares. That filing provided confirmation that the convertible debt associated with the previous owner had been completely eliminated without any dilution.
