There is ZERO chance that with PCTL footing the bill and expertise for testing, there is not an IRONCLAD CONTRACT for use in the well process. This is what is wrong with this board, no thought, then immediately everything is worst case scenario. Under "knee jerk reaction" in the dictionary, there will be a picture of this board.
