maybe insiders getting some positions all 4 trades

I bought all of the 40K shares on Friday. I wanted to have a position in this shell in case it becomes more difficult to accumulate shares following the 1:10 reverse split. Valuation and structure of the ECMT shell looks attractive down around the ten-cent price area.

The new CEO (Yu Yam Anthony Chau) has an interesting financial background/experience, and his appointment here is a bit interesting/intriguing. He left his previous job in January, and based on his employment agreement with ECMT it appears he will be devoting his full attention to this shell. He worked during 2014/2015 for one of the investment companies owned by the new control person of ECMT.

I don't know whether the new owner (Kai Shing Fong) purchased the ECMT shell to act as a middleman to a completely third-party reverse merger, or if he is planning to bring in a closely-connected company. But in any event, I feel reasonably good about the chances of making money on this shell in this price area.
