"Look at HIRU and SPOI and BLLB, they all have recent attorney letters and they are all rallying now!"

I did.

The most recent Attorney letter on behalf of HIRU was filed in 2017.

The SPOI Attorney letter was filed based on the 9/30 financials. It is useless. An attorney letter must be based on the latest year end report and filed by 4/30 of the following year.

The BLLB Attorney letter IS based on the 12/31/20 financials but LOOK AT THEM:

No headings and half of the lines are totally blank.

Maybe you believe what you are saying....that these 3 stocks have some value based on recent attorney letter filing....but no one else should. If their share prices have appreciated it's not related to that filing.

The DECN letter is the only one that uses "proper" 12/31/20 financial statements.
The basis for the DECN Caveat Emptor designation has nothing to do with its financial statements or its attorney letter, which won't fix it. It has EVERYTHING to do with the following, which CAN'T be fixed:

"OTC Markets Group has determined that there is a public interest concern associated with the company, which may include a spam campaign, questionable stock promotion, known investigation of fraudulent activity committed by the company or insiders, regulatory suspensions, or disruptive corporate actions."

Cut the crap.

I'm tryin ta think but nuttin happens......Curly
