Could the share count be less than 25,000,000 million shares? This letter is AWESOME news, especially when I get to page 3, second paragraph. If what is stated in the letter is true, then there is IMHO, a chance that the SHARE COUNT IS UNDER 25,000,000 shares. The counsel stated that he owns 1,200,000 million shares of DMAN. Later he references that Mr. Erdekian, ALSO HOLDS 5% OR MORE OF THE COMPANY. LET'S DO THE MATH, 1,250,000 MILLION IS 5% OF 25,000,000 MILLION. IMHO DMAN$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

"I serve as counsel to the Company and own one million two hundred thousand shares of the Company’s common stock as of April 15, 2021."
