1. Any accredited investor is eligible for a CYDY private placement as exemplified by my participation. By coincidence I just happen to know the prior CEO and introduced him to a retired pharma executive to give the BOD some experience...boom private placement access...it’s a small world.

2. Glad this doctor observed the MOA and liked the science enough to invest.

3. Perhaps owning 0.0003 of the traded shares did not constitute in his language / thoughts a “connection to the company “.

4. Perhaps he no longer owns the shares.

5. I knew the former CEO and COB and had shares but would not say I was “connected” to the company and I wasn’t, in any material way.

6. Perhaps the cited material is taken out of context.


If LL proves effective, Philippines will probably throw him a parade and erect a statue. If an EX president of USA avoided perjury by questioning the meaning of “is” , it may not be a high bar to perceive that 0.0003 of a company shares is considered “not connected “.

In fact one might say 0.0003 IS NOT a statistically significant number. That term is used a lot. I guess it depends on the argument one is trying to make what constitutes a significant number.
