Some will get stuck with their shares as they will try to sell too high and there won't be any buyers. If there are no buyers at a specified price - you can't sell. The buyers will be waiting at the very bottom to pick up cheap shares from those selling in a panic. Personally, I hope to pick up some of the owls shares at .015, that he bought in the .50-.60 range.
