The idea of a lawsuit at this point is absurd. It is ridiculous that someone would try to speak with authority on the status let alone the existence of any legal action. Besides the general terms of the contract as revealed through SEC filings and company PRs, the public is not privy to the details of the contract. We do not know the agreed upon jurisdiction, remedies, binding/ non-binding resolutions in the event of dispute, etc... Even with a valid cause of action it will take years to get into a federal courtroom. All IMO of course
