It is probably due to the city of Nashville and the most likely buyer (DWS). The Brentwood property includes rocky sloped areas that will be hard to develop so maybe the buyer needs more time to complete DD. I am also sure they want to get the right price.

The biggest issue I see is when it is sold, it will not require at least one Robert Plarr TM home will be built at Brentwood. If LIGA is simply going to sell a real estate asset and move on, what as been accomplished as far as the brand? Can they at least negotiate the Forever Board tech into the builders plans?
