Problem is GNCP, albeit begrudgingly, discloses that they have basically done nothing in 13 years. Not exactly hiding that fact unless you deem hiding in plain sight some sort of deception. The real problem is the shareholders unwillingness to accept the truth which basically holds the "Management" harmless.

On the other hand, the fact that they have done exactly squat leaves many questions as to why the os has ballooned to 40 billion in that same time period. Of course, you and I both know what that's all about. Self-enrichment share selling scam. That might raise the ire of the SEC so it wouldn't hurt to try on that front.

But no takers on this board of dreamers.
