new filing re;FRCD/TNXS.......
A form 3 was just filed by TNXS under the FRCD filings.
TNXS has transferred 3,267,453 shares of their common stock to FRCD.

Considering that FRCD is trading at .04 and TNXS is trading at .18, this may give a significant boost to the FRCD PPS.
Watch for a gapup Monday
