I have respect for you .. but what a crazy statement, makes me wonder what you know about shorting .

Hence I use etrade and they NEVER allow any shorting in the OTC world of stocks.
Plus WSHE is CE , can not be traded on Etrade currently and going into
the world of other brokers that can not be traded.

Shorting in the OTC world is truly a myth by many , you need $2.50 per share leverage even if you wanted to do so .

On top of this , this is not even trading any where close to any volume per day due to their own restrictions, some days zero.

My comments are only based on being here now for over three years and hearing the same ol" story again and again . I have posted many comments that I have gotten from D. MacDonald and even Jake. I just come back now from time to time , to see if the " Real REASONS" for

1. Why no first steps with OTCIQ have been done for going current, up to and including the last two years of disclosures and an attorney letter.
2. What are they doing ? With SEC Rule 15c2-11 coming up , there are many tickers going current left and right getting it done. WSHE is being left behind .

3. Where are the financials.
4. Where is any Board Meeting or etc from a Public Company , where are the disclosures period of anything.
5. What happened to the fist year of all those 8-k filings and the last
one stopped back in 5/2019 when the marketing person was hired and then never heard from again .
6. Is this really how a CEO handles any Public Company. This is a public company being run like a private company , crazy.

So to me this has turned into a "Mystery Who Done It " , There is a cast of characters that can easily take this somewhere , but they do not and with all the promises in the transition way back in 2018 and since then , that there must be something to find out .
