Thanks for reaching out to us, when checking the status of any company you'll always want to go to the secretary of state website for that state.
For Nevada it is HERE and then you can search a business using this link HERE!

It does say that the status was revoked (delinquent) but their service with us according to the state is active, I'm going to be reaching out to my correct team to double check because
I also do not see a company under that name in our system, so it may be an error.

I cannot answer the question of it they are publicly traded, but I can tell you according to the State their business has been revoked.
It will need to be reinstated if this company wants to continue doing business, we don't file for reinstatement but you can file one on your own by clicking HERE!
