On October 17, 2017, the Company amended its articles of incorporation to change the Company's name to GIFA, Inc.
Well boys and girls, come May 25, 2021, the long and drawn out abysmal saga that was known as Gifa Inc. will finally come to a whimpering end. You will no longer be able to trade this pathetic sticker after that date. All shareholder money will evaporate. Good luck exiting your position. By that time the PPS will most likely be in the triple zeros.
What has this POS "company" done for shareholders since 2017?
NOTHING.
Gifa never once disclosed their financials to the public.
There was a one time, short-lived, random spike up to 30 cents here. Anyone who had sold off all their shares around that time would have been very happy to never look back. Heck, anyone who had the foresight to sell off their shares above a nickel will be the winners here.
Everyone else, good luck trying to sell your shares above a penny now. It appears most are willing to just go down with the ship in a blaze of apathetic glory.

The Company also moved its offices to 1660 Hotel Circle North, Suite 207, San Diego, California 92108 at which its telephone number is 619-497-2555. The office is provided to the Company on a rent free basis.
Any disgusted shareholder should try contacting "the company" to demand answers. But I'm sure this number is no longer working.
