There is a difference between short interest and Naked Shorts. Naked Shorts can only be legally executed by MM's and are uncovered and should not be confused with legal shorts made through a broker and are backed by borrowed shares guaranteed by margin. There are currently only 300k shares available to borrow. https://www.otcshortreport.com/ is not a click bait site... nothing to click.
