Im not certain any hedgefunds, ect., need to have otcqb nor contracts, as a proxy requirement. I could be wrong. I think that qb designation gives more confidence, but the name of the game here is contacts, relationships, past deals and visibility. Would Jim bring in a small few contacts regardless - sure. Will Soan be a major presser and gateway, oh yea.
