I can say this. I’ve been investing in earnest in OTC Stocks for 11 years. I’ve done everything wrong and learned the hard way...and taken my lumps in more ways than one. But as they say , experience is the best teacher. Looking back on all the scams and pump and dumps, I’ve come to learn that most of the OTC is truly a sewer comparatively speaking, but if you know where to look and gave the eyes to see, there are some real gems to be found. I believe this to be one of them. When a stock like this comes along, it really stands out. There are several tells that it is legit and will be a high flyer. Here is my synopsis and how I know this is legit. (1). Management actually does what it says and delivers. Many times, shareholders are left wondering wtf is happening. This management team is extremely transparent (2). Dollar Volume is consistently high. When Investors learned that Angela handed this shell over to a highly successful ceo with an amazing resume and connections, the volume not only rose, but continued to rise and stay steady. Note that any dips in price get bought up very quickly. (3). There are so many money making opportunities and avenues to pursue here. The HPIL shell already came with patents and programs that can integrate seamlessly with the incoming company. ie, crypto mining, gaming, NFT’s/digital art, streaming video, etc. These are all extremely popular themes in the investment World currently. As a result, there are positive catalysts for days, weeks, months and years with the incoming Cybernetics. (4). Acquiring capital or getting reasonable terms for financing doesn’t seem to be an issue at all here. Many otc companies have to sell their soul to the devil to get crappy terms that inevitably end up destroying shareholder value and sometimes even the company itself.
(5). Last, but certainly not least, management actually does what it says and delivers. Wait, did I already mention that? Lol, yeah. That’s a Big one, but certainly worth mentioning again and again. It’s rare down here in the pink and grey swamps of the OTC, which is the biggest and brightest reason that makes this gem shine.
Anyhow, just keep accumulating. We’ve got a real winner here. All in my humble opinion of course.
