ok....so we have basically an empty shell with minimal debt...

since 3/22...OS and unrestricted SS went up 14.8ml shares, so most of the convertible debt may have been exchanged for those shares after that date, but clearly we havent had enough volume to chew thru all of those (not even close)...the active seller seems to be be via MM CFGN, the financials only say that $14,850 in debt has been converted subsequently to 1/31....they seem to be content at selling at .05 and why not? at a conv rate of .005/share, they are making 10x their investment....They werent current before 3/22 so thats when the debt was able to start converting....

it shows "held at dtc" on otc markets being under 20ml shares as of 4/30, which normally represents the true tradeable float atm....This ceo is shopping for a RM partner or acquisition (prob with shares)....I'm curious to why they issued 106 million RESTRICTED shares earlier this year...it could be possible that there is a pending acquisition utilizing those shares ....I'm going to keep my shares until we see a big pop here...I think its coming soon
