I agree that low volume can be good implying people don't wish to sell. I look at level 2 and look for large bids or offerings of 100 K or more. Trading this week had a couple of days where someone aggressively bought out the offerings at the close which imply to me that they wanted to own this badly but the question then become....why ? What do they know ?
I disagree with the website as it sucks.....needs to be interactive.....i asked months ago as i sent them a twitter message and they said they were just re-starting and to give them some time.....Ok, they’ve had months to make the website relevant and have not
I disagree about financing too. Deals are done with cash, stock or a combination of both. We DO NOT have cash and the stock price is way to low to use that as a currency. The dilution to the existing shareholders would be prohibitive
As far as reporting, many pink listed stock are almost run like quasi public/private company so reporting is what it is. I am familiar with a local company that is pink sheet listed and doesn’t publicly file BUT does make quarterly reports available to shareholders. So I find there lack of willingness to communicate suspect
The gentleman that appear to have affiliated with them certainty seem legit and look like they are very successful in their respective fields. I would like to think that they will be the drivers in getting this company in the direction it needs to go BUT until they do, I’m suspect as well. If these guys are as good as they appear to be, you would reasonably think they could get a deal done quickly....so where’s the deal ? And If you look back to the original announcement where they implied a deal, they subsequently walked away from that deal so again I ask.....wheres the deal ?
Lastly, if you read the reason there is a delay in reporting......they said that it had to do with calculating the correct number of shares.......Say what ? Are you kidding me ? This isn’t a multi billion dollar company with multiple subsidiaries around the world......
Listen, I want this to work just like you do but we look at this differently
