Ever since the Obama administration revamped the patent universe to favor efficient infringement, it's always been an uphill battle for the little guy to defend their property rights. I called it a lottery ticket based on the "Judges" who make the decisions.(she is a Obama holdover) Not based on the validity of the tech. Like I said earlier, To me, this ruling sounded more like her opinion. And I do hope Thom appeals this quickly. But we would be crazy not to expect a huuuuge drop in the pps in the meantime.
