From the court website it appears that Chris was served with the summons on 4/20/2021 and has not had a lawyer respond to the court as of yet.

Hearing at 9:00AM Monday.

My bet is on a continuance but its a nail biter.

I think that all of the possible outcomes are positive for investors but its going to force some action one way or the other.
