Thanks. I have a few krugerrands bought in the 1970s and Gold Eagles from later. Paid about $400/oz on average as I recall. Only silver I have are old US silver dollars. I'm old enough to remember when beat up old silver dollars circulated as coinage in Nevada, and I guess you could get all you wanted at face value from Nevada banks.

Haven't bought any metal in years except for some I picked up at wholesale pricing from a relative's estate. That was about 15 years ago and no one else wanted the coins. Again that was about $400 an ounce for the gold coins, a good buy as it turned out.
