Honestly, investing for many years, I have seen many sites have messed up numbers on all kinds of things!LOL Not surprised about share allocations mainly because they just uplisted. For OTCs I have always used OTC Markets and NASDAQ.com for nasdaq stock structures. I believe the OTC markets numbers are accurate currently and its a glitch at Marketwatch. Happens all the time.
