Sure, let's be honest with the newbs.

This is a scam. The 8K's and PR's were fake, the shiny new corporation in Nevada has absolutely nothing to do with the corporation in Delaware the stock is legally tied to that is in Chapter 7 bankruptcy, being liquidated and shut down for good. All that crap was fabricated to sell stock. The SEC suspended it for that scam and will revoke the stock registration soon ending trading once and for all.

All this crap about "shorty" and the notion the scam really isn't a scam (I mean, the scammer said it wasn't a scam in an email, right?) is just a set up to get out first.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
