INSTATRADER that corresponds to my research that i have been able to find out about the brentwood property. I thought Feb - March would have born some fruit from their first news release but i think everything has slowed because of covid and remote government stuff or TN is just really slow moving stuff forward. I am from Pittsburgh and it took me a little time to understand Nashville's system since it was different. But i believe it is not them but outside factors that have delayed this and with your info on getting a better deal it makes sense a little on what i found out.
