Since I am one of the "unlucky" ones that found this over .03, I unfortunately have waning resolve.

I have been struggling with what to do with my rather large position and I can not think of one good reason to hold except for "oversold technical bounce."

I have not seen any evidence of "integrity" and am concerned with the June 30 SEC deadline for dark issuers.
