I agree needing some finality.

I am not too worried about Teishan since 10q3 report quoted DS Chang stating China recovered from the worst even at that time and q3 revenue reflected that. Have not heard of China going backward so it can only keep improving from that point. Maybe not 100% recovered but slowly recover.

As for Wandi... Keep in mind even IF the deal goes south the SP will still go up 2x since 1/2 of ALL the shares outstanding will have been returned thus making it 60mill outstanding vs. 120mill (I know those numbers are a bit off from recent minor increased share dilution of late). So heads you win A LOT and tails you still win. That is the great aspect of that transaction it is a no lose situation.
