Each Oil Deals will be worth millions to PCTL and 4 to 5 times more than that to the OIL companies for their revived wells.

Do the math there are 1000's of oil companies out there, with hundreds of thousands of wells on the land, and oil rigs in the water, just waiting for this ECO-friendly process.

I don't think PEEPS realize how big this is.
