Yes..here's a quick bullet list on the Good, Bad, Ugly...thus far

Good
- Proxy is out and we're on the clock for news leading into June
- CEO's have a binding agreement on the controlling block (Todd selling to Barry from Sleep-X who will be our new CEO)
- Shtt load of patents come with this acquistion and a ready to market anti-snoring/apnea device already tested in Israel market
- Todd has a new gig...good sign new CEO (Barry) is coming in and merger happening
- No R/S as of now in the near future (ie, not in the proxy)

Bad
- A/S is slated to increase from 6BN to 20BN...BUT..that does not necessarily imply that all of those incremental potential shares will get into the market through dilution...what % of that and most importantly by when...who knows. It's a risk here but the upside after the merger is announced and new business starts to roll..should keep the PPS increasing ahead of the dilution to come hopefully

Ugly
- Current stock price...but that's going to reverse at some point here over the course of the next two months IMO..buying pressure will start to build as we get closer to end of June..few will want to be out of this when the announcement of the merger comes through..hoping to see a run in later June if not sooner
