They just square up AH. Pre-negotiated amounts are shares are transfered to MM's. The question is do they give them the shares first to sell or are stocked MM's selling and then squaring at the end.

You could use the AH shares as a tool if you knew. In other words if you see a bunch of shares AH that will be used the next day you could derermin the following day would experience dillution.

This is all theory however I have not witnessed this AH activity on other stocks (pinks) that were not doing this.

I'm pretty sure the T/A stocks the MM's ahead of time though at a negotiated price so they can sell for profit the next day. Remember the MM's are here only to make money. They are not your friend.

Interesting action from NITE the past 2 days. Today was something that gets me excited. NITE was off the chart on the ASK and sucking up shares on the BID. WHY?? MM's tend to have the inside track. They work closely with the T/A and the company. Lucky bastards, always are ahead of us by one step.

NITE's action could also indicate short covering by them.
