if that is what happened, it's very wrong and sec violating. this company is insolvent and $20 mil in debt with nearly $15 mil convertible and 20 billion authorized. why would it be pumped and why would somebody want a dirty shell with $20 mil debts and $15 mil convertible type of debt? the only way i could see the reason for filing a custodianship and then tweeting about it is to move the stock and dump stock on the masses. i see no other purpose to do that. none.
