Their experience is merging bs companies they own
Getting millions and millions of shares
Lending themselves money at high interest rates
and large conversion rates .
Then they tell investors that everything is great and
release numerous press releases about this company
and that company and their vertical integration bs.
Then when things go south and are not working out they
blame everyone else like short sellers , bashers etc.
all while selling off their shares
Yep same old company same old players and I find it
amazing that the SEC let’s this go on !
I’ll sign this with my toes
